Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the EasyCatalog mobile application (the "App") operated by NightDevSolutions ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the App.

1. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account via Google or Apple Sign-In.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding the device you use to access the App.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

The App offers a free tier supported by ads and a Premium Subscription tier.

  • Payment: Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You agree to their respective terms and conditions.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation: You must cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription.
  • Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their refund policies.

3. User Content

"User Content" refers to the text, photos, and product details you upload to create catalogs.

  • Ownership: You retain full ownership of the content you upload.
  • License: By uploading content, you grant NightDevSolutions a non-exclusive license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the App’s services to you.
  • Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is illegal, offensive, pornographic, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

4. Intellectual Property

The App itself (excluding User Content), including its original content, features, code, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of NightDevSolutions.

5. Advertisements

The App may display advertisements facilitated by third parties (e.g., Google AdMob). We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites or services linked to via these ads.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall NightDevSolutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
